I have been making these cookies for years now , they are really good. You can change shapes of these cookies by using different press plates on your cookie press.

Steps:
- 1. Beat together butter and sugar until smooth , then gradually beat in the sugar until light and fluffy.
- 2. Beat in the egg yolk and the extract and mix well.
- 3. In your cookie press add 1/4 th of the dough and press cookies 1" apart from each other on a un-greased cookie sheet .
- 4. Bake @ 375° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to a wire rack and let cool.
