Steps:
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper & spray with oil. Heat oven to 325. Batter: Add vanilla and salt to butter; stir. Add remaining ingredients except confectioners sugar and stir. Gather dough into ball. Shape: With floured hands, shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheets. Bake 20-22 minutes. Move cookies to rack then coat with powdered sugar while still warm. Cool on rack.
