2 cans (15.5 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 3/4 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1/3 cup plain dried breadcrumbs
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Coarse salt and ground pepper
1/3 cup olive oil, divided

The patties were a bit dry, but the overall flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some more moisture to the mixture next time.
