Pizza Crust image

The grandkids call this the "Best Ever Pizza." I call it fast and easy.

Number Of Ingredients 8

DRY INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
YEAST MIXTURE
1 1/2 c warm water
1 pkg active dry yeast
3 Tbsp sugar
OIL TO COVER DOUGH BALL WELL

Steps:

  • 1. Measure Dry Ingredients into a bowl.
  • 2. Add warm water, yeast and sugar together and stir a few time to mix the mixture. Let rise until yeast is puffy and active.
  • 3. Mix yeast mixture into dry ingredients until all the flour is incorporated. (I use my fingers and yes it is messy but fast.) Form dough into a ball and cover with oil, top and bottom. Cover bowl and let dough rise for 20 minutes. Press dough onto oiled pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
