Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup unsalted butter, cubed
1 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons grated orange zest
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ¼ cups cake flour
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

I'm allergic to poppy seeds, so I had to substitute them with another ingredient. I used chia seeds instead and they worked out great.

These cookies were a bit dry for my taste. I think I'll try adding a little bit of butter or oil next time I make them.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste, but they're still good. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time I make them.
