Another oldie but goodie. I've seen some similar ones here but not exactly like it. I specified using a crock pot but you can also cook it in a dutch oven in the oven. Hubby always insists on mashed potatoes and English peas with this and pours the gravy over everything.

Steps:
- 1. Place the roast in the crock pot.
- 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the roast. Don't add salt as the soups are all salty.
- 3. Cook on high one hour then reduce to low for 8 hours.
- 4. It should be fork tender with a nice creamy gravy to ladle over it when served.
