This potato crumble is a great way to use up leftover potatoes. I always have a few extra potatoes lying around, and this is a delicious way to use them up.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. It turned out great!

I'm allergic to cheese, so I made this potato crumble without it. It was still delicious!

This potato crumble is a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some extra spices next time.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my potato crumble turned out dry and crumbly. Maybe I didn't use enough cheese?
