Prince Dressing (Vegan) image

This is the best dressing I've ever had, other than ranch. Seriously love this dressing, first had it at Soul Vegetarian Restaurant, and wanted more salad!! Even my non-vegetarian-loving husband loves this stuff!

I'm not a vegan, but I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more plant-based foods into my diet. This dressing is a great way to do that.

I'm allergic to cashews, so I used almond milk instead of cashew milk. It worked just as well.

I didn't have any vegan mayonnaise on hand, so I used regular mayonnaise instead. It turned out great!

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste. I would add a little more sugar or honey next time.

I'm not usually a fan of vegan dressings, but this one is really good. It's creamy and flavorful, and it doesn't have that weird aftertaste that some vegan dressings have.
