QUAIL CREEK'S FRESH BERRIES WITH ROMANOFF SAUCE image

Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries.
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup brandy
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon nutmet
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine brown sugar and brandy and mix well. Add sour cream and whisk with brandy mixture. Add remaining incredients and serve atop fresh berries. Option: fold in 1 cup stifflhy whipped cream for a lighter texture.
