QUICK MEXICAN PIZZA image

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 12 inch fully cooked pizza shell
1 container fresh salsa (or your favorite bottled variety)
1 12 oz package chipotle-lime grilled chicken (Trader Joe's)or your own grilled chicken cut into strips
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Sour cream as a garnish

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 425 Lightly brush edges of crust with olive oil Drain some of the liquid from the salsa and spread over the crust Top with grilled chicken strips Top all with shredded cheese Bake 10 - 12 minutes until the pizza is heated through let it rest a few minutes, slice and service with sour cream on the side ENJOY!
