Steps:
- Mix all ingredients, except jam, well, in order given.
- Put 1/2 the mixture on bottom of greased 9"x13"x2" pan. Spread with raspberry jam. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over top of jam.
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until done.
