Quick and easy recipe that's perfect for a weeknight meal. I used a pre-shredded cabbage mix and it saved me a lot of time. The dish was a bit too sweet for my taste, so I added a splash of lemon juice to balance it out.

Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! The cabbage was a little bland on its own, but the apples and vinegar really brought it to life. Served it with roasted chicken and it was a hit with the whole family.
