ROASTED CHEDDAR BROCCOLI
Steps:
- Cut broccoli into long sparest Toss with 2 T EVOO and put on baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little salt Roast @ 450 for 15 mins until tender Mix panko, cheese, scallions, nutmeg with 1 T EVOO Sprinkle on top of broccoli and roast another 10-15 mins.
