Salmon Fillets Encrusted w/Horseradish image

This is the one of the best meals I have made. I love it because I prepared it, cooked it, ate it, and cleaned up in 45 minutes. I LOVE IT. We love salmon and horseradish, it was fun mixing the two. The breadcrumbs add a nice litte crunch a pop of flavor. I made this with a cucumber salad.

This dish is a bit time-consuming to make, but it's definitely worth the effort. The salmon is incredibly flavorful and the horseradish crust is a perfect complement.

The horseradish crust was a bit too spicy for my taste, but overall the dish was very good.

I followed the recipe exactly and my salmon came out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.

I'm not a big fan of horseradish, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! The horseradish flavor was not overpowering, and it actually complemented the salmon very well.

The salmon turned out moist and flaky, with a crispy crust. The horseradish flavor was subtle but noticeable, and it paired well with the roasted vegetables.
