Saucey Cheesy Crappie Fish Casserole image

This can be served as main dish or served over noodles or rice. I live on a lake and fishing is a big deal here, so I had to come up with many recipes to use fish. We have crappie, bream, and catfish.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I used a dairy-free cheese alternative. It turned out just as good as the original recipe.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my casserole turned out dry. I think I might have overcooked the fish.

I added some extra vegetables to the casserole, like broccoli and carrots. It turned out even better that way!

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. The fish was cooked through but still moist, and the sauce was rich and cheesy.

This casserole was a hit with my family! The fish was flaky and tender, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again.
