Scalloped Corn, Shirley Casey's Favorite image

Shirley Casey's recipe...another version of Scalloped Corn, so it must have been a Kinney family favorite with all of its descendants having a variety of it!

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 eggs, beaten
1 c melted butter
1 c sour cream
17 oz whole kernel corn with liquid
17 oz cream style corn
2 Tbsp sugar
1 box jiffy corn bread

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in a 9x13 greased pan at 350 degrees for 40 min.
