This casserole is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. I always have mashed potatoes left over after Thanksgiving, and this casserole is a perfect way to use them up.

I love that this casserole can be made ahead of time. I often make it the night before and then just pop it in the oven when I'm ready to eat.

I made a few changes to the recipe. I used chicken instead of pork chops, and I added some vegetables to the casserole. It turned out great! I will definitely be making this again.

I made this casserole exactly as the recipe said and it turned out perfectly. The potatoes were cooked through but still had a little bit of bite to them, and the pork chops were cooked just right.
