6 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium fennel bulb, trimmed, halved, thinly sliced
3/4 tablespoon dried crushed red pepper

This recipe was a total flop. The shrimp were rubbery and the sauce was watery.

I thought the oregano was a bit overpowering. Next time I'll use less.

A bit too much fennel for my taste, but overall a good recipe.
