Steps:
- Cook and drain thin noodles. I bring 7 cups of water, 3 tbsp sea salt, 2 tbsp olive oil to a boil at high heat for 12 minutes. Decrease heat to low heat and add thin noodles. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. In a non-metal bowl mix ü cup of soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 6 tbsp canola oil, and 1 tsp hot chili oil. Once mixture is homogenized set aside. Thinly slice green onion and set aside. Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat. Sprinkle green onions and toss. Serve up and enjoy!
