Steps:
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add chicken, onion, Italian seasoning and salt to slow cooker. Cover; cook on high heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
- Stir in whipping cream and cream cheese. Cover; cook 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese upon serving.
