Slow Cooker Lamb Chops image

This is a great recipe for lamb chops that are tender and tasty with a little bit of a bite from the spices. Easy to convert to your own tastes. Good using other cuts of lamb as well. You can easily cook 1 or 2 chops rather than 4. Great with rice.

This recipe was a bit disappointing. The lamb chops were tough and the sauce was bland. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
