Steps:
- 1. Mix together butter (shortening), sugar, vanilla and eggs.
- 2. Put flour, cream of tarter, baking soda & salt together and add to the above cream mixture. Let dough sit in refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- 3. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar on a flat pie pan or quiche dish. Take cookie dough from refrigerator and make into teaspoon size balls. Roll the balls in the cinnamon & sugar mixture and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
