Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 2. Mix cake mix with melted butter and condensed milk. Spread 1/2 mixture in prepared pan.
- 3. Bake for 10 minutes.
- 4. Spread Snickers and pecans on top of baked crust.
- 5. Crumble remaining batter on top of candy and pecans. This will be a crumbly textured mixture. Just toss it on don't spread it.
- 6. Place back into the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
