Soda Water Biscuits image

Soda water biscuits have a moist, yet more crumbly texture than regular biscuits. The butter on the bottom or top of the biscuits can be added more sparingly if you are worried about fat content/calories.. u can also pare down a bit on them by using low fat or fat free sour cream instead of regular. Enjoy!

These biscuits were a bit too dry for my taste. I think I'll add a little more butter or milk next time.
