No mayonnaise in this, so it's safe to take to a picnic. It's hot where I live and we have to be careful sometimes! Chilling time is not included in the prep time.

Overall, I thought this salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think it would have been better with a more flavorful dressing.

This was a great way to use up some leftover chicken. I also added some chopped walnuts, which gave it a nice crunch.

This salad is really good, but it's a bit time-consuming to make. I think it would be a good option for a special occasion.

I had a hard time finding water chestnuts, but I finally found them at an Asian grocery store. The salad was worth the effort, though.

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think it would be great with a different dressing.

This is a great salad for meal prep. I made a big batch on Sunday, and I've been enjoying it for lunch all week. It's held up really well in the fridge.

This salad was a hit at our last picnic! So refreshing, flavorful, and packed with goodies. I especially loved the crunch from the celery and water chestnuts, and the dressing was light and tangy.
