Spicy Oriental Orzo image

I needed a side dish to go with some wild-caught salmon I'd marinated in a teriyaki sauce, and found some whole-wheat orzo pasta in the pantry. I threw this together, and WOW! Add some braised spinach or kale, a fresh fruit, and what a nutritious dinner you'll serve!

I'm definitely going to make this dish again. It's a great way to use up leftover chicken.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dish turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the orzo.

This dish was a little too salty for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of soy sauce next time.

I'm not a fan of bell peppers, so I used zucchini instead. It was a great substitute.

I used brown rice instead of orzo, and it turned out great! This dish is very versatile.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dish turned out way too spicy. I think I'll use less chili flakes next time.

This is one of the best orzo dishes I've ever had. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful.

I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but this dish was surprisingly mild. The flavors were very well-balanced, and the orzo was cooked perfectly.

This orzo dish was a hit at my dinner party! The combination of flavors was amazing, and the spice level was just right. I will definitely be making this again.
