I'm not a big fan of arugula, but I really liked it in this salad. The spicy dressing balanced out the bitterness of the arugula perfectly.

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I really enjoyed this salad. The dressing was just the right amount of spicy, and it didn't overpower the other flavors in the salad.
