Spicy Tropical Salsa image

This delicious Spicy Tropical Salsa has amazing flavor and goes so well with many proteins such as grilled chicken, pork, fish, and so on. It can also be served as a dip with tortilla chips

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 large mango, diced
1/2 c fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 c red peppers, diced
1 large plum tomato, seeded and diced
2 large green onions, thinly sliced
1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded, ribs removed and finely diced
1/2 Tbsp sambal oelek, or to taste
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Transfer in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve salsa over white fish, crab cakes or with tortilla chips.
