1 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
1 cup reduced-fat swiss cheese, shredded
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (9 inch) frozen pie crusts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350 degrees.
  • Mix eggs, milk, cheese, spinach, and soup mix.
  • Shape crust into pie plate, and pour mixture into pie crust.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
