Number Of Ingredients 3

1 box cake mix (yellow or white mix)
1 box of strawberry jello (regular or sugar free) using 1/2 cup less water
1 - 8oz thawed container cool whip topping

Steps:

This was my first time making a poke cake and it turned out great! The cake was moist and fluffy, and the jello filling was perfectly sweet and tangy. I will definitely be making this again.

This cake is so delicious and easy to make. I love that you can use any flavor of jello you want. I've made it with strawberry, raspberry, and lemon jello, and they've all been delicious.
