My kids love pasta, and this is a quick, easy dish I throw together when pinched for time..I have used ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese..it works well with both.. I have also replaced the beef for chicken..

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree Cook beef , onion, and peppers in large skillet over med - high heat until meat is brown, stirring to separate meat. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; mix well.
- 2. Combine spaghetti, parmesan cheese, eggs and butter in a large bowl; mix well. Place in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread cottage cheese over top; pour meat sauce over cottage cheese; spread evenly; sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through and desired browness..
