Sugar-free, Fat-free, 5-minute Creamsicle Mousse image

This is another recipe that I found browsing the web for low-fat recipes. This tastes just like the Orange Creamsicles from Good Humor years ago!!

Overall, I thought this mousse was a good option for a sugar-free and fat-free dessert. It's easy to make and has a nice flavor. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthier alternative to traditional mousse.

I had some trouble getting the mousse to set properly. I think I might have overbeaten the egg whites.

I found this mousse to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I would probably use less stevia next time.

The texture of this mousse is a bit different from traditional mousse, but I still enjoyed it. It's not as light and fluffy, but it's still creamy and delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of artificial sweeteners, but I didn't find the stevia in this mousse to be overpowering. It's a nice balance of sweetness and tartness.

This mousse is a great way to use up leftover egg whites. It's also a nice change from the usual chocolate or vanilla mousse.

I was skeptical about how a sugar-free and fat-free mousse could taste, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's sweet and creamy, with a hint of tang from the orange zest. The texture is also spot-on, not too thick or too thin.
