Time 1h

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 large baking potatoes; baked
1 jar(s) cheese queso dip; 15 oz
1 jar(s) real bacon bits (or use your own crumbled bacon); 3 oz.
1 can(s) French fried onions; 6 oz.
2 Tbsp dry ranch dressing

Steps:

  • 1. I like to use potatoes that have been cooked the day before. Slice them into wedges (leave the skins on) and place into a 9x13 greased baking dish.
  • 2. Sprinkle with dry ranch mix. Dollop cheesy queso dip over potatoes. Sprinkle real bacon bits all over. Layer French onions over the top (about 2/3 of the can).
  • 3. Place in a 350-degree oven covered with foil for first 15 minutes. Then uncover and continue to bake until bubbly and onions are browned. Serve hot. YUM!
  • 4. You can add shredded cheddar over top. You could add jalapenos, black olives, whatever you like to make it your own. Even some cooked ground beef or spicy sausage to make it a main dish. It's a winner and will satisfy a big appetite. A real crowd pleaser.
