No bake cookies image

Make sure you do the mesurements right or they will be real runny.I made some last night for the supperbowl they were not as hard as I would have liked them to be but my husband said they were good so that made me feel good.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 c sugar
1/4 c baking coco
1 c milk
1/4 lb butter
1 dash(es) salt its 1 pinch salt but didnt have that as a choice
1/4 lb peanut butter
3 c quick oatmeal

Steps:

  • 1. Mix in pan on stove:sugar,coco,milk,butter and pinch of salt.Heat to boil on Medium heat.
  • 2. Take off heat let cool for 1 min.Then add Vanilla extract,Peanut butter,and Oatmeal stir well.
  • 3. Drop by teaspoon on to waxpaper and let cool. Then enjoy. \
