I'm a vegetarian, so I used tofu instead of sausage in this dish. It turned out great! The tofu was nice and crispy, and the potatoes and cheese were delicious.

This dish was a bit too bland for my taste. I would recommend adding some more spices or herbs to give it more flavor.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but I really enjoyed this dish. The potatoes were perfectly roasted and the cheese was melted and gooey. I would definitely make this dish again, even without the sausage.

I made this dish for my family last night and they loved it! Everyone went back for seconds and thirds. The only thing I would change is that I would use a little less salt next time.
