2 tuna steaks
teriyaki with roasted garlic marinade

Steps:

  • 1. Put steaks into a plastic bag and pour marinate over. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, turning often.
  • 2. Fry steaks with the marinate from the bag until no longer pink inside.
  • 3. Serve with long grain and wild rice and your choice of vegetables or a salad. Crusty bread goes well with this dish.
