2 Cups light brown sugar
1 cup oleo(butter)
4 eggs (beaten)
3-1/2 cups flour
2 lbs or 32 oz fruit cake mix
2 cups pecans
1 cup bourbon
1 cup raisins
12 oz semi sweet chocolate & chips

Steps:

  • Cream together sugar and oleo, add beaten eggs. Add flour, fruit, raisins, nuts, chips Slowly add bourbon. Mix well. Drop from tablespoon to cookie sheet Bake 350 deg for 15-20 mins
