Excellent served with pork, chicken or fish. Easily cut down to feed less or expanded. I coud make a lunch out of this all by itself. You coud use fresh herbs as well . Yummy.

I followed the recipe exactly and my casserole turned out dry. I think I should have added more liquid.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I'm not a big fan of casseroles, but this one was really good. The bread was soft and fluffy, the tomatoes were juicy, and the cheese was melted and gooey.

I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, but I loved this casserole. The bread and cheese were so flavorful that they balanced out the tartness of the tomatoes. I'll definitely be making this again.

This is a great recipe for using up leftover bread. I had a loaf of sourdough that was getting stale, so I used it to make this casserole. It turned out great! The bread soaked up all the tomato sauce and the cheese was melted and gooey.

I've made this casserole several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The combination of tomatoes, bread, and cheese is perfect. I like to add a little bit of garlic and onion to the mix for extra flavor.
