I'm not sure why this is called twig salad, but it is so delicious that you won't care what it is called. It is a great crunchy combination with a sweet dressing that is perfect for any meal. I give credit to my friend, Mona who provided this recipe in our church cookbook.

This salad was okay. The twigs were a bit tough, but the dressing was good. I think I would have liked it more if the twigs were a bit softer.

Not a fan. The twigs were tough and the dressing was bland. I won't be making this again.

This salad was a bit too adventurous for my taste. The twigs were just too crunchy and the lemon vinaigrette was a bit too tart. I think I'll stick to more traditional salads in the future.

I followed the recipe exactly and the salad turned out great. The twigs were a bit tough, but I think that's just the nature of them. Overall, I enjoyed this salad and would make it again.
