I thought these waffles were just okay. They were a bit dry and the lemon flavor was not very pronounced. I think I would try a different recipe next time.

I'm not a big fan of waffles, but these lemon waffles were really good. They were light and fluffy, with a crispy exterior. The lemon flavor was not too overpowering, and it paired well with the sweetness of the syrup.

These waffles were a bit dry. I think I would add a little more milk or yogurt to the batter next time. Otherwise, they had a nice lemon flavor and were easy to make.

These waffles were a bit too lemony for my taste. I think I would reduce the amount of lemon zest next time. Otherwise, they were light and fluffy, and cooked evenly.
