Number Of Ingredients 4

3 eggs
Self-raising flour
caster sugar
butter

Steps:

  • Grease a medium size cake tin(it helps to put some greased greaseproof paper at the bottom of the tin). Preheat the oven to gas mark 3. Make sure you mix the eggs together. Mix the sugar and butter together until mixture is almost white then add add a third of the egg mixture, Stir rapidly until all the egg is mixed in. Then add third of the flour and fold in slowly. Keep adding the egg and flour to the mixture until it is a light mixture. Spoon into the tin and leave to bake until you can put a knife right into it and it comes out clean(around 45mins).
