WEIGHT WATCHERS B B Q CHICKEN WING'S image

This is a wonderful chicken wing recipe my family likes it and there is never any left

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c diet cola
1 Tbsp 0nion flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
4 oz chicken wings per person
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tube(s) salt
1/4 c tomato paste, no salt added

Steps:

  • 1. In a saucepan add cola to tomato paste stir. Add all ingredients but chicken heat to a boil.
  • 2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken wings in a shallow baking pan marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Remove chicken wings and return sauce to pan. Cook chicken wings in oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • 4. Pour sauce over chicken wings when done and serve.
