Whiskey Marinade for London Broil image

This is a recipe is wonderful, it will make any kind of beef taste great. It is a family recipe that is over 50 years old and has been handed down in the family.Leftovers make great sandwiches. Enjoy

1/2 cup Bourbon
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 fresh crushed garlic clove
flat cut top round beef or flank steak

Steps:

  • Score meat with a knife of both sides. Combine all ingredients together and marinade steak for 3 hours or longer in the refrigerator.
  • Broil or grill to desired doneness and slice on the diagonal.
