This hash was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would use less bacon next time.

I'm not usually a fan of hash, but this recipe changed my mind. The addition of cheese and bacon really took it to the next level.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! The hash was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I served it with eggs and toast and it was a delicious breakfast.

This hash recipe was a hit with my family! The combination of potatoes, onions, and bell peppers was perfect, and the addition of bacon and cheese made it extra flavorful. We will definitely be making this again.
