Steps:
- 1. The night before serving, simmer cinnamon sticks, sugar and water for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Chill remaining ingredients. 2. At serving time, mix spice syrup and juices in punch bowl. Slowly pour in chilled 7-Up.
