Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your cookies will be.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set: The cookies will continue to bake on the baking sheet after they are removed from the oven. If you bake them too long, they will be dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them: The cookies will be easier to handle and store once they have cooled completely.
  • Store the cookies in an airtight container: The cookies will keep fresh for up to 3 days at room temperature, or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Conclusion:

These apple peanut butter breakfast cookies are a delicious and healthy way to start your day. They are packed with nutritious ingredients like oats, peanut butter, apples, and bananas. They are also easy to make and can be stored for up to 2 weeks. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast option, give these apple peanut butter breakfast cookies a try.
