2 tbsp feta cheese
½ granny smith apple (sliced)
½ fuji apple (sliced)
2 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1½ tsp dijon mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

1 ¼ cups diced sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup balsamic vinegar

¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
