1-1/2 cups milk
1 jar CLASSICO Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated fettuccine, uncooked
1 (10 oz) box chopped broccoli, well thawed
2 tablespoons KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper
1-1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Pour jar of Alfredo sauce into a medium-size pan. Add milk to the jar and shake. Stir into the sauce and bring to a light simmer.
  • Break apart the noodles using your fingers as you add them to the sauce.
  • Stir until noodles are well coated.
  • Add the chopped broccoli and stir again.
  • Pour mixture into a 13 X 9 baking dish.

1 lb. dry fettuccine, snapped in half
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
Minced zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. kosher salt
STIR IN:
2 cups half-and-half
2 cups grated pecorino, Asiago, or Parmesan
2 tsp. black pepper
FOR THE TOPPING, COMBINE:
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated pecorino
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • For the fettuccine, combine fettuccine, broth, water, garlic, zest, lemon juice, and salt in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover dish with foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover dish, stir pasta with a fork, cover, and bake 20 minutes.

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 pint half-and-half cream

Steps:

  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions and drain.

Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1 pound fettuccine
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 large eggs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettucine and cook for about 3 minutes less than the package recommends, so that it is very al dente. Drain, then rinse with cold water and reserve.
  • Beat the cream cheese on medium-high speed in the bowl of a stand mixer or with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the butter and beat until combined. Add the eggs, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzarella and a pinch of salt and beat until combined.
