- Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan OR 3 mini loaf pans.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and the sugar, until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs and the salt; beat until well mixed.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the baking powder and the baking soda in the sour cream, and add to the creamed mixture; mix well until blended.

- Set oven rack to second-lowest position.
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- To make topping: in a small bowl, mix together the confectioners sugar and 1/3 cup flour.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 cup bundt pan.
- 2. In mixing bowl with electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugars at medium speed.

- Pour package of butterscotch chips into a medium bowl and combine with 1 teaspoon cinnamon so most of chips are coated. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter with sugar, then beat in eggs. Add mashed bananas, vanilla, and sour creame. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gently incorporate dry ingredients into the banana mixture, stirring to blend.
- Heavily grease and lightly flour bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon/chip mixture in bottom of bundt pan then gently pour cake batter over top of the chips. - 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour (or use baking spray) a bunt cake pan Mash bananas in a small bowl, set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl cream shortening and sugar until blended. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in vanilla extract, almond extract and mashed bananas. Mix well.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greas and flour 13X9-inch baking pan, set aside. Beat cake mix, eggs, bananas, sour cream and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened, stopping frequently to scrape bowl.
