1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chilies, undrained
1 cup shredded taco-flavored Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
8 oz round red and green tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook beef and onion in skillet 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain well.

1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced jalapeno pepper
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a bowl; add the onion. 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium sweet onions (such as Vidalia®), thinly sliced
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 pounds lean ground beef
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 (12 ounce) bottle zesty Italian-style salad dressing
1 cup chunky salsa
2 (20.5 ounce) cans refried black beans
1 pound grated Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 (10 ounce) cans ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
2 scallions, sliced thin

Steps:

  • Microwave ground beef, taco seasoning, and garlic in bowl, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
